Position Overview:
As our Real Estate Sales Assistant , you will play a crucial role in managing our CRM systems, overseeing recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with UAE hiring regulations. If you have at least 2 years of real estate experience, an eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for the real estate industry to streamline the hiring process and ensure the recruitment of top talent.
Recruitment Tools: Leverage a variety of recruitment platforms and tools to post job openings and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into our team.
CRM & Listing Management: Oversee and update property listings in our CRM systems (PFExpert, Bayut Profolio). Manage Property Finder credits and listings, setting them as Featured & Premium, as well as handling listings across multiple portals (Bayut, Dubizzle).
Portal Management: Maintain and update the quality scores of listings to meet portal requirements, ensuring maximum visibility.
Listing Permits & Compliance: Handle listing permits through Trakheesi and manage RERA card renewals for brokers. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Dubai REST App & Documentation: Create necessary forms in the Dubai REST app and ensure all documentation is complete, including Contract A, B, F, Form I, NDA, LOI, etc.
Communication Management: Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and sellers via phone, email, WhatsApp, or website, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Transaction Facilitation: Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions. Collect and organize essential documents for completed rental and sale transactions.
Recruitment Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws and hiring regulations.
Employee Records & CRM Management: Maintain employee records and manage the day-to-day operations of the CRM system (PFExpert).
Training & Compliance Responsibilities:
Develop and implement internal compliance policies that align with local laws.
Design and execute training programs focused on compliance and company policies to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, ideally within the UAE real estate sector.
At least 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role, with prior experience in Dubai required.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as PFExpert, Bayut Profolio, Property Finder Manager, and Dubizzle is a plus.
Knowledge of Trakheesi and the Dubai REST app is an advantage.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in social media and the ability to stay updated with industry trends.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
High ethical standards, with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
