Job Title: Safety Officer
Department: Quality / Risk Management
Reporting To: Quality Director
Job Purpose
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Occupational Health & Safety (OSH) Management System in line with OSHAD and regulatory requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor OSH policies, procedures, and safety programs across the facility.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
- Investigate staff, visitor, and environmental incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with OSHAD and other regulatory standards.
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs to staff.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and safety audits.
- Maintain OSH records, reports, KPIs, and safety documentation.
- Act as a safety resource and liaison across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Risk Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant safety experience (healthcare experience preferred).
- Safety certifications (e.g. Certified Safety & Health Specialist, CPHQ) are an advantage.
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of OSH regulations and safety management systems.
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
