Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, wills, powers of attorney, and legal notices.
Lead and manage a team of Legal Consultants and Paralegals, reporting to the Head of Legal.
Provide expert legal advice, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Stay updated on legal developments and proactively inform clients.
Handle legal correspondence and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
Build strong client relationships and offer strategic legal solutions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Legal Consultant in a UAE law firm or in-house legal role.
Expertise in drafting and negotiating legal documents with precision.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
LLB or equivalent; LLM or relevant certification preferred.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
