Job Purpose:
Ensure a safe working environment by implementing HSE policies, identifying hazards, and monitoring compliance with safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.
- Monitor high-risk activities and work permits.
- Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Prepare safety reports and maintain HSE records.
- Follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company and project HSE requirements.
- Stop unsafe work when necessary and report safety violations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or contracting.
- NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification is preferred.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ﷼2,000.00 – ﷼3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
