Job Description :
We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, strong managerial skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS).
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure accurate payroll processing and employee benefits accounting.
Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes.
Monitor cash flow and financial planning for the organization.
Develop and maintain internal accounting policies and procedures.
Provide leadership and training to junior accounting staff.
Communicate financial results and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
years of experience in accounting, with at least [X] years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines under pressure.
High attention to detail and analytical skills.
