Key Roles and Responsibilities
Operational Tasks:
Collect evidence and data related to incidents and analyze them to determine root causes.
Conduct interviews with witnesses and affected individuals to analyze incident details and identify responsibilities.
Analyze operations and procedures in the work environment to identify potential safety risks.
Provide recommendations to reduce risks and improve workplace safety.
Ensure the company’s compliance with national and international safety regulations and standards.
Conduct periodic inspections to review safety systems and ensure adherence to preventive measures.
Collaborate with safety teams to develop plans and procedures aimed at fostering a safety culture within the company.
Suggest updates to safety policies to ensure they align with environmental or regulatory changes.
Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings and recommendations to prevent future incidents.
Provide recommendations to senior management on ways to improve safety standards and risk prevention.
Organize training programs for employees on safety procedures and potential workplace hazards.
Conduct awareness workshops to emphasize the importance of safety.
Communicate with government and regulatory agencies in case of major incidents requiring official reports.
Coordinate with external experts to provide necessary information for complex investigations.
Qualifications and Experience
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Safety Management, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
Work Experience:
1–4 years in the same field
