To oversee and direct the day-to-day security and safety operations across all Sulaiman Alrajhi Real Estate locations, ensuring full compliance with local statutory laws and the company's premium standards. The Safety & Security Manager is responsible for leading the safety & security workforce, implementing training programs, developing robust safety policies and emergency procedures, and enforcing their execution to safeguard corporate assets, employees, tenants, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Formulate, update, and implement comprehensive security plans, business continuity plans, disaster recovery protocols, and SOPs in alignment with corporate and developmental goals.
- Direct, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the internal security personnel, ensuring optimal scheduling, continuous training, and strict adherence to operating procedures.
- Manage and govern external service providers, ensuring full compliance with contract terms, systematic performance evaluations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure the operational readiness, maintenance, and prompt remediation of all security-related technology, including CCTV monitoring, alarms, and Access Control Systems (ACS).
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and thorough asset loss investigations; identifying fire, safety, and security vulnerabilities and implementing proactive solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison with local law enforcement, Saudi Civil Defense, and government authorities to ensure full statutory compliance and facilitate legal investigations when necessary.
- Lead and coordinate emergency response activities and crisis management protocols on-site, providing rapid action during incidents or equipment failures, including off-hours support.
- Collaborate with the Training Department to design, develop, and facilitate safety and security awareness programs for employees, tenants, and site staff across all offices and properties.
- Enforce strict physical security measures, ensuring controlled and authorized-only access to all company assets, facilities, and properties to safeguard tenants and visitors.
- Draft and submit comprehensive periodic reports, safety audits, and technical work orders to senior management to support capital planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 – 15 years of experience in the same field.
- Professional certification in Safety such as NEBOSH (IGC) or OSHA (30-Hour).
