About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing enterprise software company, is expanding into the Qatar market and looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to lead their outbound sales efforts. This is a full-cycle sales role, from prospecting to closing , selling an all-in-one ERP platform to business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage B2B decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, COOs, business owners) across the Qatar market
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling)
- Deliver virtual product presentations and demos of the ERP platform
- Clearly communicate the platform’s value across operations, finance, CRM, and HR modules
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships to support renewals and account growth
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers
- Strong self-discipline and ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Excellent communication skills : confident presenting virtually and building rapport quickly
- Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- ERP or enterprise software experience is a plus, but not required
