Reading through repair and installationorders to determine the material, time, and equipmentrequired.
Sing away old paint, barnacles, anddebris from vessels.

Constructing replacement parts usingdrawings, saws, and various hand and powertools.
Testing engines, propellers, steering,and navigational equipment.
Mixing and applyingpaint, wax, and gel coats.
