About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced GRC Specialist with hands-on expertise in RSA Archer to join our team in Qatar. You will work closely with clients to configure, customize, and optimize Archer GRC modules, ensuring alignment with global regulatory standards and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Archer GRC modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Design and implement GRC workflows, questionnaires, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure Archer solutions comply with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, and SOC.
- Support integration of Archer with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for effective platform adoption.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in GRC, with strong RSA Archer expertise.
- Practical experience with regulatory and control frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI-DSS, SOC).
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Professional certifications (e.g., RSA Archer Certified, CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 LI/LA) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements in Qatar.
