Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and dedicatedAll-Round Spa Therapisttojoin ourdynamicteamat a prestigious salon in Dubai. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality spa treatments and services to our clientele, ensuring a premium, professional experience that exceeds their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body scrubs, waxing, and nail grooming (Manicure & Pedicure).
Provide expert advice on spa treatments and services, helping clients select the best options for their personalwellnessgoals.
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the spa treatment areas.
Build and maintain a loyal customer base throughexceptional serviceand personalized attention.
Keep up to date with new spa treatments, products, and techniques.
Uphold the salon’s policies and maintainprofessionalismat all times.
Assist with maintaining spa inventory, ensuring products and supplies are fully stocked.
Follow all safety and health regulations and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a men’s grooming environment.
Relevant certifications and qualifications in massage therapy, facials, waxing, or other spa treatments.
Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service andproblem-solving skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced, professional environment.
A keen interest in health,wellness, and grooming.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Availability to workflexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
