Rotating Equipment Engineer – Water Treatment Plant Jobs in Al-Wakrah at Qatar Master W.L.L
We are seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer with hands-on experience in Water Treatment Plant projects. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and performance monitoring of rotating equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of rotating equipment.
- Monitor performance of pumps, blowers, compressors, and related equipment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Review equipment specifications, technical submittals, and vendor documents.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.
- Support commissioning and startup operations.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance recommendations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience with Water Treatment Plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and rotating machinery.
- Experience in equipment commissioning and maintenance.
- Familiarity with international engineering standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
