About Us
Siddiq Gifts is a growing retail business in the UAE, and we are looking for an experienced General Accountant to manage financial records, handle bookkeeping, and ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and transactions.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Process VAT filings and ensure tax compliance.
Manage payroll processing and employee salary payments.
Track expenses, cash flow, and budget reports.
Work with auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (retail or trading industry preferred).
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or SAP).
Strong knowledge of VAT, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
