ABOUT THE ROLE
The role holder supports financial analysis, corporate tax, reporting, data management, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration within development projects to ensure effective financial management and decision-making.
Key Accountabilities:
Corporate Tax accounting: Supporting Corporate tax team with all data points for filing the tax return, audit preparedness, conducting impact assessments and evaluating preparedness for compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing regulations.
Financial Analysis Support: Assist in conducting financial analyses including project feasibility evaluation, and provide insights for decision-making. Support in preparing financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for ongoing development projects.
Budget Monitoring & Control: Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, and cost variances, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and identifying areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of accurate budget estimates and forecasts for development projects.
Financial Reporting Assistance: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Data Management & Analysis: Maintain financial data and records, ensuring their accuracy and integrity for reporting and analysis purposes. Analyze financial data using spreadsheets or financial software to extract meaningful insights.
Documentation & Compliance: Support in maintaining documentation related to financial transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to support financial initiatives and align financial activities with project goals.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and financial software.
