We are looking for a passionate and experienced Roast Master to join our growing team!
If you have strong expertise in coffee roasting, green bean selection, and cupping, and a deep passion for specialty coffee — we’d love to hear from you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage roasting profiles with consistent quality
Select and evaluate green coffee beans
Conduct cupping sessions and sensory analysis
Monitor production, quality, and inventory
Maintain roasting equipment and records
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience in coffee roasting
Strong knowledge of roasting techniques and flavor profiling
Experience in cupping and green coffee selection
Valid Saudi Iqama (transferable preferred)
English required (Arabic is a plus)
⭐ Preferred:
Q Grader certification
Experience in specialty coffee industry
