RO OPERATOR Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Reef Project L.L.C.
The RO Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the reverse osmosis water treatment plant to ensure continuous production of high-quality water as per required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the reverse osmosis (RO) plant and associated equipment (pumps, filters, membranes, dosing systems).
- Ensure proper startup, shutdown, and operation of RO systems as per SOPs.
- Monitor key parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, flow rate, and conductivity.
- Perform routine water quality testing and maintain records.
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of RO membranes (CIP – Cleaning in Place).
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions.
- Maintain proper chemical dosing (anticalins, chlorine, etc.).
- Record daily operational data, log sheets, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the plant area.
Requirements:
- 12th/Diploma/ITI or any.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in RO plant operation.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes and RO system components.
- Familiarity with PLC systems is an advantage.
- Ability to read gauges, meters, and technical manuals.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
