We are looking for an IT Governance & Compliance Specialist to support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks, monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in governance, performance management, KPI development, and IT compliance while working closely with stakeholders to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review and update IT policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
- Develop, monitor, and improve IT and Digital Transformation KPIs.
- Analyze performance indicators and prepare executive reports and dashboards.
- Recommend corrective and improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance.
- Prepare governance reports, research papers, and professional presentations.
- Support IT risk management activities and monitor compliance with governance frameworks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement governance recommendations.
- Prepare periodic reports highlighting department achievements and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, organizational procedures, and governance standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Governance, Compliance, or Performance Management.
- Experience in KPI development and performance measurement.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Digital Government Authority (DGA) IT Governance Controls.
- Knowledge of IT Governance and Digital Transformation frameworks.
- Experience in IT Risk Management and Compliance.
- Professional certifications related to Governance, Risk, Compliance, or IT Service Management are considered an advantage.
