Risk Officer & Quality Controller Jobs in Dubai, UAE/Dubai at Lifecare International
This role will support Lifecare in maintaining strong standards around risk management, file & record quality, documentation, client communication, conduct of business, audit readiness, and regulatory discipline.
The successful candidate will work closely with business teams to review SOP adherence, files, identify process gaps, track control issues, support audit readiness, and help ensure that our day-to-day work reflects the standards expected of a regulated UAE insurance brokerage.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly objective, process-driven, and confident in challenging incomplete or gaps-in-quality work in a constructive way.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90–180 days, success would look like:
- A clear risk and quality-control checklist is in place.
- Priority processes have been mapped for quality review.
- A sample-based file review process is active.
- Recurring documentation gaps are identified and reported.
- Control breaches and quality errors are tracked.
- Departments receive practical feedback, not just criticism.
- Odoo / CRM record discipline improves.
- Audit evidence becomes easier to retrieve.
- Senior management receives useful risk and quality reporting.
- Repeated errors begin to reduce.

- Understanding of regulatory seriousness in UAE insurance brokerage.

Minimum
: 3–5 years of insurance, servicing, operations, compliance, audit, finance operations, or quality experience.

: 5–8 years in insurance brokerage, risk, quality, compliance, or control-oriented roles. Law degree will be a plus.
Strong candidate profile
Someone who understands brokerage workflows deeply and can identify risk before it becomes a client, audit, or regulatory issue.
