We are looking tohire a Risk Engineer /
Risk Assessment
Surveyor(Insurance) who has experience in the Insurance industry.
He will be required to carry out Fieldvisits to conduct
Risk Assessment
Survey visit industrial sitesidentify hazards (fire and natural catastrophe) evaluate andcommunicate the risk to Underwriting Dept present recommendationsfor risk improvement and undertake followup activities whererequired.
Essential Job Functions :
1.Conduct siteloss
prevention
evaluations in the Middle East which identify allreasonable foreseeable physical and human element exposures.
Organize and schedule loss preventionsurveys.
2.Accuratelyquantify the exposure in terms of physical damage to property(building and contents) and the impact to thebusiness.
3.Assure theoperational functionality of protective equipment at customerlocations through physical onsite testing and the analysis ofinhouse maintenance and testingprocedures.
4.Obtain localcustomer understanding and agreement on the hazards / exposures andthe resulting potential businessimpact.
5.Achievepractical effective onsite risk improvement at customer locationsespecially in the areas of human element and low cost physicalimprovements.
6.Manage changeeffectively at customer locations through timely and high qualityplan review services. This should ensure that loss preventionaspects are considered and incorporated at the design stage of theproject.
7.Accuratelycommunicate the exposures at the site within the Tokio Marine Loss
Prevention
Report .
8.Stay abreast oflatest loss preventiontechnology.
Qualificationfor Position:
Degreequalified (Mechanical or Civil Engineeringpreferred)
Someformal loss
prevention
training desirable i.e. with FM IRIKemper
Highlevel knowledge of NFPA and/or FM loss preventionstandards
45years UAE experience of conducting site visits identifying hazardsquantifying the risk associated with these developing riskimprovements and providing ongoing support for theimplementation
UAEDriving licence ismandatory Key Skills  Diploma,DCS,ABAP,Application Development,Irrigation,Bakery
