Medicalinsurance Transportation Skills Provision  is searching for an experienced Rhythmic Gymnastics Coachto join a gymnasium in the bustling city of Dubai United Arab Emirates.
Theemploying company is looking for an individual to further developits offering to gymnasts at the elite level whilst supporting inotherareas.

The Role
Buildand  implement training programmes for gymnasts of alllevels
Provide individualisedcoaching and support to enhance each gymnast s skills andperformance
Plan and lead practicesessions ensuring a safe and encouraging environment both with andwithout apparatus
Observe and assessgymnast s progress providing constructive feedback andmodifications to trainingplans
Collaborate with other coachesand staff members to maintain a unified and effective trainingprogram
Stay up to date with thelatest techniques rules and developments in rhythmicgymnastics
Promote a positive andmotivating atmosphere within theclub
Requirements3years of relevantexperience
Competition experience atthe elite level (coaching and/orpersonally)
Formal industry relatedqualifications would bewelcomed
Excellent knowledge of bestpractices
Strong organisationalskills
Highlyenthusiastic Disciplinedapproach Encouraging  and personablenature
Effectivecommunicator
Good command of the English language (verbal andwritten)
