In this role, you will leverage your expertise to diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of rheumatologic conditions, contributing to patient care and outcomes through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive consultations, including detailed patient histories and physical examinations, to accurately diagnose and manage rheumatic diseases.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass medication regimens, lifestyle changes, and complementary therapies.
Perform diagnostic procedures such as joint injections and arthrocentesis with
precision
and care.
Educate and empower patients and their families regarding their conditions and the associated treatment protocols.
Collaborate effectively with a
multidisciplinary
healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in ongoing medical
education
and research initiatives to advance the field of rheumatology.
Maintain accurate and
up-to-date
medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for patients throughout their treatment journeys.
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Rheumatology is mandatory.
Current medical license and good standing to practice.
At least 3 years of clinical experience in rheumatology.
In-depth knowledge of rheumatic diseases and their management.
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills

Ability to work cohesively within a

Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.
