Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:
Position: Revit Draftsman
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings using Revit.
- Produce detailed and construction drawings, schedules, and area plans.
- Create and update architectural 3D models.
- Coordinate with different engineering disciplines to ensure drawing compatibility.
- Revise drawings based on comments from the design team, consultant, and client.
- Prepare presentation drawings and documents required for approval and construction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, the Saudi Building Code, and relevant authority requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience working with engineering consultancy firms.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and other related engineering software.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
