Channel Team Leader
As a Channel Team Leader (CTL), you will be responsible for monitoring multiple sites from operations and compliance points of view. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics, and you must possess a customer‑obsessed mindset and high ownership. Your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Transportation operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement.
- Map business requirements, understand business processes, study and analyze workflows, design solutions, and prepare functional specifications.
- Be data driven: develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
- Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply them when solving business problems.
- Design, develop, pilot and roll out enterprise‑wide programs around performance improvement, cycle‑time improvement for returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, identification of alternate delivery services, etc.
Daily Work
- Monitor performance of the program daily.
- Develop action plans to achieve program targets.
- Manage ramp ups/scouting.
- Vendor management.
- Prepare daily performance summaries.
Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in an operational role.
