Channel Team Leader – Reverse Logistics
We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible, and forward thinking professional to join our MENA Ops Reverse Logistics team as a Channel Team Leader (CTL). The CTL will oversee multiple fulfillment sites from an operational and compliance perspective, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely launches and achieve key operations metrics. The role requires strong analytical skills, a customer obsessed mindset, and the ability to identify patterns and disruptions, diving deep into data to drive continuous improvement.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Understand transportation operations business issues and challenges, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Map business requirements, analyze business processes, study workflows, and design solutions.
- Develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to identify opportunities for improving customer experience.
- Deep dive into emerging industry practices and apply them to solve business problems.
- Design, develop, pilot, and roll out enterprise wide programs to improve performance, cycle time, returns, delivery experience, financial auditing, and alternate delivery services.
- Monitor program performance daily and create action plans to reach program targets.
- Manage ramp ups, scouting, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare daily performance summaries.

Basic Qualifications
