Job Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Data Analysis
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance.
- Analyze KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.
2. Pricing Strategy Development
- Set room pricing based on seasonality, demand, and market competition.
- Utilize RMS (Revenue Management Systems) to apply dynamic pricing.
3. Profit Optimization
- Maximize room revenue across all distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings, corporate).
- Adjust strategies based on booking trends and market shifts.
4. Reporting & Forecasting
- Provide detailed performance reports to senior management.
- Prepare accurate short- and long-term revenue forecasts.
5. Online Channel Management
- Monitor and optimize performance on online booking platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure competitive positioning and offers.
6. Budget Contribution
- Assist in developing the hotel’s annual budget.
- Set realistic and data-driven revenue targets
