What You Will Be Doing:
Manage the commercial activities of specific products with the aim of maximizing revenue and profitability to ensure the commercial success
Own the P&L responsibility
Act as the onsite customer experience quality gate-keeper
Take ownership of analyzing customer behavior and key growth-related business metrics to uncover insights that will shape company-wide growth strategies.
Develop advanced customer segmentation frameworks and create bespoke offers that align with customer interests and business objectives.
Tracks consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution and by conducting consumer research
Manage relationships with 3rd parties relevant to squad products
Regularly brief and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth mindset and data-driven culture of the team.
You’ll Be Great For This Role If:
+5 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace
University degree in business, marketing, communications, mathematics, or any related field
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, manage KPIs, and derive actionable insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and drive change in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
