Retention Agent – Forex Industry

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retention Agent to join our growing Forex team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and retaining an existing portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships, and enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Forex, CFDs, or financial services who are passionate about client relationship management and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of Forex clients.
Proactively engage with clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to strengthen relationships and improve client retention.
Identify opportunities to increase client activity and overall engagement.
Understand clients' financial goals and provide personalized support and solutions to meet their needs.
Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Achieve individual retention, revenue, and performance targets.
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and internal procedures.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities within the CRM system.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Retention Agent within the Forex, CFD, or Financial Services industry.
Strong understanding of Forex trading products and financial markets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Results-driven with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
