The Talent Hunter (TTH) is hiring experienced Finnish-speaking Retention Agents to join a growing FX operation in Dubai.
Requirements
- Fluent Finnish speaker
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent in the FX industry – MUST
- Proven experience in client retention and reactivation
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- International / multicultural experience is an advantage
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai
Package
- €2,000 Base Salary
- + 5% Commission
- Relocation Package
- Dubai-based position
