PSFX International LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced Retention Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.
If you are confident in client relationship management, retention, re-deposits, and financial trading, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients and understand their trading requirements.
- Increase client engagement, trading activity, and account value.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide effective support.
- Identify opportunities for re-deposits and increased client equity.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities.
- Achieve monthly retention, re-deposit, and revenue targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with high-value clients.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2+ years of experience in Forex, CFD, Stocks, or Financial Trading.
- Previous experience in Client Retention / Relationship Management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Strong ability to manage and retain existing clients.
- Good English communication skills.
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
