Key Responsibilities
Live Selling: Drive sales through engaging live selling sessions.
Customer Engagement: Greet customers with warmth and provide outstanding support throughout their shopping journey.
Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and surpassing individual and store sales goals by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
Merchandising: Ensure the store displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and stocked with products in a way that maximizes customer interest.
Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
Customer Service: Friendly, approachable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Sales Ability: Persuasive and results-driven, with a strong ability to close sales.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
