Experience: You’ve worked in a staffing agency as a recruitment consultant or have been hiring within companies for specialized roles.
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years in end-to-end recruitment processes – matching candidates with their dream jobs
Communication Skills: You’re a smooth talker (in the best way!) and have a strong command of English.
Job Platform Savvy: You know your way around LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals like a pro.
