We are looking for a results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead our showroom operations, drive sales growth, and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and conversion rates.
- Develop team schedules, assign tasks, and ensure optimal staff productivity.
- Oversee merchandising activities, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and maintain showroom organization.
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with ecommerce and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager, Retail Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in retail merchandising and visual presentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced retail or ecommerce environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management systems.
