The Role:
Retail Sales Manager This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of high design and help shape exceptional spaces for exceptional people. As a Retail Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of the Designitch experience, offering consultative sales guidance, inspiring product storytelling, and
hands-on
support in a highly visual
retail environment
.
What You’ll DoWelcome and engage clients in the showroom with a warm, informed, and design-savvy approach
Assist with interior styling,
product recommendations
, and solutions tailored to client needs
Execute sales strategies and contribute to meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Support showroom
merchandising
and
visual storytelling
Collaborate with inventory and operations teams to ensure smooth sales flows and stock accuracy
Stay ahead of design trends and new arrivals to offer
up-to-date
insights to clients
What You Bring
Strong communication skills
and a natural sense of hospitality
Proven experience in retail or luxury sales, ideally within the design or lifestyle space
A passion for design, interiors, and beautiful spaces
Multilingual ability is a plus — our clientele is global
Background in interior design, architecture, or related creative fields is highly preferred
Team spirit, positive energy, and a sharp aesthetic sensibility
