We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.
What you’ll do?
Facilitate the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand
Record and manage each enquiry in dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow up
Ensure the customer transaction is seamless, meeting the customer expectations of experience within the timely manner
Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale
Support the customer in the understanding of the process and requirements to fulfil the purchase of a new vehicle
Who you are?
Having a Diploma in any discipline
Possessing exceptional customer service skills, with 3-5 years of experience in sales and excellent negotiating skills
Problem solving and handling complex situations
Knowledge of product and sales process
Emirati talent preferred
