As part of our growing team, we are looking for motivated and dynamic sales staff to join our retail operations and represent our brand with excellence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Associate with strong retail experience, particularly in children’s fashion and toys. The ideal candidate is presentable, confident, and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills in English and the ability to engage with families and children. This role requires both salesmanship and administrative competence, as you will also be expected to handle reporting and basic inventory tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Actively engage and approach customers, providing product knowledge and styling suggestions.
  • Support customers in finding the right products across kids’ fashion, toys, and gifting categories.
  • Manage in-store merchandising and ensure displays reflect the brand’s premium standards.
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Track personal and store performance, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Maintain stock awareness and support with replenishment and organization.
  • Use Excel and administrative tools to assist in preparing sales reports, tracking stock, and supporting management with operational tasks.
  • Represent the company’s values and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Share feedback from customers to help improve product selection and services.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to grow within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ retail sales experience (experience in kids’ fashion or toys is an advantage).
  • Presentable, professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in using laptops, Excel, and basic admin software.
  • Strong sales ability, confident in approaching and assisting customers.
  • Based in Dubai, with knowledge of the retail landscape.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow within the company.
