About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate in our Abu Dhabi store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will be responsible for:
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting them in finding the right products for their needs, and answering their questions with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Sales: Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting products and highlighting their features and benefits.
- Product Knowledge: Possessing a deep understanding of fishing, diving, and maritime equipment, including their uses, applications, and safety considerations.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining a well-organized and stocked store floor, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and assisting with stock takes.
- Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in UAE.
- Proven experience selling fishing, diving, or maritime equipment is a strong preference.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of current fishing, diving, and maritime trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
