* Basic knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and accessories.
* Familiar with CRM systems or WhatsApp Business (preferred).
* Able to multitask between showroom sales and online customer support.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Role
* Primarily work as a Retail Sales Associate at the Beefurb Karama branch.
* Handle WhatsApp CRM enquiries during peak evening hours and on the weekly off day of the CRM Executive.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries, share product details, quotations, and follow up with leads.
* Convert WhatsApp enquiries into showroom visits and successful sales.
* Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure timely customer responses and lead updates.
* Maintain excellent customer service both in-store and online.
