We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and layout of our retail stores, as well as managing the visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of retail design and visual merchandising principles.
Store
Design and Layout
- In partnership with our store design agency work on development and implement innovative store design concepts that align with our brand identity and target market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external design agency and contractors, to ensure the successful execution of store design projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate store locations and provide recommendations for optimizing space utilization.
- Create detailed store layouts, including fixtures, displays, and signage, to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
- Develop and execute compelling visual merchandising strategies that showcase our products and enhance the overall customer experience
- Create planograms and guidelines for product placement, ensuring optimal product assortment, category management, and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual merchandising efforts with promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to continuously improve visual merchandising techniques
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end store design projects, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standard
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of store construction, fixture installation, and visual merchandising set-u
- Create snag reports to ensure sites/ stores built in line with design plans and high qualit
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to senior managemen
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or challenges that may impact project deliver

Team Leadership and Development

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related fi
- Proven experience in retail store design and visual merchandising with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial r

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite) and planogram softwarea.
