Acierta is a design & production house with offices in Spain, UK, France and Qatar operating throughout the globe. Founded in 2005, we are a team of experienced specialists in creativity, production, logistics and installation in any kind of Retail, Events and Hospitality projects.

We are looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded person to join our Doha office.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent organization and representation skills as well as an interest in project management and capacity to work simultaneously in various fast paced projects. They will be working alongside the Architecture and Project Management teams, designing, developing and also project managing wide range of projects:

Retail Permanent stores

Interior design and furniture

Pop up stores

Window displays

Events

RESPONSIBIILITIES

Collaborate with the Account Manager to understand the project requirements, design intent, and client preferences.

Manage project timelines, including development, production and logistics.

Calculate project costs, covering production, transport, and labor.

Communicate technical and design briefs to the Technical Development department.

Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Oversee the pre-assembly production to ensure that the deadlines and quality standards are met.

Maintain a fluent and direct communication with Handling & Logistics, ensuring a correct shipping of all the pre-assembly production.

Lead and oversee all installation on-site activities and coordination of the installation team.

Participate actively in the installations and solve any possible snagging that may come up.

SKILLS: The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with great conceptual vision, outstanding technical and expressive skills as well as organizational skills. Capable of managing different projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment. Managing from large scale productions in the Middle East to one off bespoke installations. REQUIREMENTS:

LOCATION: based in Doha or willing to relocate.

BACKGROUND: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture).

EXPERIENCE: Min. of 5 years’ experience in the technical development and production of permanent store projects, temporary ones (pop-ups and showrooms), windows, point-of-sale materials, interior design, and furniture design in ME.

LANGUAGES: Fluent in English (C1) and Arabic/Hindi. Spanish is desirable.

SOFTWARE: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Ms Office, Adobe.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
