On behalf of World-famous ICT company – Huawei, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Retail Operations Specialist to join the team.
Chinese language is a plus.
Role Purpose
You will be responsible for the align data analysis to do the physical optimization of our retail stores in the region. This role bridges the gap between high-level retail operations and on-ground visual execution, ensuring stores are mapped according to the proper rank and high efficiency ROI investment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Retail Store Strategic Mapping
1.1 Store Database Ownership: Align with countries retail team to maintain an exhaustive regional database of all retail store according to global brand standards.
1.2 Store analysis: Based on mapping, do the store analysis by category and levels; integrate completed database by store level and maintain it in system
2) Regional Visual Merchandising (VM) Management
2.1 Follow display Guideline to check the countries’ performance, ensuring they are actionable for local store teams according to campaign
2.2 Regional Display Checks: Coordinate and proceed with regional display check routine on monthly basis, form a report at every end of the month. Aligning with country regarding the changes and requirement for display check.
3) Data support:
3.1 Based on campaign performance and sell out data, analyze the efficient stores and grade criteria standards.
3.2 Support country new product launch and output the suggestion by high ROI stores.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1) Strong English skills (written and verbal) are Mandatory.
2) At least 5 years in Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, ideally within the 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) or high-end lifestyle retail sectors.
3) Proficiency in both Excel & PPT are essential. Must proficiently use Excel for data analysis by pivot table, formula etc. Understand python is much better.
4) You must be comfortable managing spreadsheets and able to create clear and high quality PPT report.
