We’re Hiring: Retail Operations Lead
Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for operational excellence, team leadership, and driving business growth?
We are looking for a Retail Operations Lead to oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, ensure operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores.
Drive sales performance and ensure stores achieve operational KPIs.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
Monitor inventory, stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.
Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Coordinate with Procurement, Marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain exceptional customer service standards across all stores.
Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management.
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent Diploma/License) in Business Administration, Retail Management, Management, or a related field.
Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
Valid Qatari Driving License (Mandatory).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience managing multiple retail locations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in FMCG, supermarkets, grocery, or retail chain operations.
English language proficiency.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Pay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
