About the Role:
Responsible for overseeing retail operations and driving revenue growth across official club stores. Managing day-to-day store performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring alignment with the club’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations across physical and online stores
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
- Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee merchandising strategy, product display, and stock availability
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for product launches and inventory planning
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to ensure high performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience
- Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5 – 7 + years of experience in retail management
