Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven years of experience in retail leasing, specifically within shopping malls or mixed use developments.
Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, leasing processes, and industry trends.
Proven negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities of a Retail Leasing Consultant:
Become an expert on our property portfolio, understanding the unique features and benefits of each space.
Proactively build relationships with potential tenants, showcasing Coreo’s retail offerings as the perfect fit for their business needs.
Conduct property tours, effectively communicating the value proposition to generate leasing interest.
Navigate the full leasing cycle, from initial introductions to final documentation and handover.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience for both tenants and Coreo.
