The Role – Retail / F&B / Mall Experience Director
As the Retail / F&B / Mall Experience Director, you will be responsible for shaping immersive and forward-thinking customer experiences. With a strong strategic vision, you will lead concept development and collaborate with global partners to create engaging and impactful environments that redefine the future of retail and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop world-class customer experiences that define the future of retail and F&B spaces.
Foster international collaboration, leveraging experience working across diverse cultures to create globally appealing concepts.
Utilise in-depth knowledge of global behavioural and technology trends to inform design and operational strategies.
Manage relationships with brands, facility owners, lead architects, production companies, and developers to ensure seamless project alignment.
Proactively drive innovative concepts that enhance guest experiences and set new industry benchmarks.
Support additional creative initiatives, including RFP reviews and vendor mentorship, ensuring high-quality ideation and execution.
Collaborate with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Need
15+ years of experience in creating and developing high-impact customer experiences.
Proven international experience and ability to work effectively across diverse cultural landscapes.
A relevant degree in architecture and/or interior design.
Strong understanding of global trends in consumer behaviour and technology within the retail and F&B sectors.
