Ensure understanding of the strategic objective for the Bank and support in achieving the department’s strategy and related strategic plans.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the Digital Enablement function, supporting the delivery of major retail digital transformation initiatives including CRM, Lending Origination Systems, Unified Branch Systems, and Bank-wide Loyalty programs.
- Coordinate the end-to-end digital demand intake process, supporting pipeline prioritization, business requirements documentation, and stakeholder alignment for all assigned digital transformation initiatives.
- Support the management of digital budgeting, expenditure tracking, and investment optimization activities, ensuring all digital project spending is accurately monitored against approved allocations.
- Coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of SAMA regulatory approvals for digital products, features, and changes in accordance with applicable SAMA digital banking guidelines.
- Manage digital audit, inspection, and regulatory observation activities, coordinating corrective action plans and tracking closure of all identified findings.
- Coordinate with IT, product, operations, and compliance teams to follow up on transformation initiative delivery milestones, UAT activities, and production deployment timelines.
- Collect and organize performance data, project status updates, and initiative progress reports for review and management reporting.
- Inform of any delivery risks, regulatory concerns, budget variances, or digital initiative gaps requiring escalation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of digital transformation initiatives, regulatory submissions, and audit findings in relevant systems.
- Adhere to all applicable SAMA regulations, bank IT governance standards, and internal policies governing digital banking and transformation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant major is preferred.
- Agile, PMP, or digital transformation management certification is preferred.
- Around +5 years of experience with a preference 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Prior experience in digital banking enablement, retail digital transformation, IT project delivery, or banking technology delivery within a banking environment or a relevant field is preferred.
