Position: Retail Development & Merchandise – General Opening

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute retail merchandising strategies

Research market trends and identify new product opportunities

Manage product development and sourcing processes

Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Plan and allocate merchandise assortments

Oversee inventory management and forecasting

Analyze sales data and performance metrics

Create and implement pricing strategies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and promotions

Monitor competitor activities and pricing

Maintain visual merchandising standards

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Prior experience in retail development and merchandise

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising software

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
