We are Leading Indirect Sales Channels working closely with the Large Banks in the UAE to bring the Best financial solutions to our clients. Currently, we are hiring Retail Banking Sales Officer-Personal loan Sales Team for EmiratesNBD process.
Position: Retail Banking Sales Officer-Personal Loan Sales
Location: Abu Dhabi , UAE
Number of Vacancies: 20+
Salary range: AED 4,000 -AED 7,000

Job Description:
The role will include onboarding new customers for Personal Loans. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
- Present and sell all Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
- Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year Sales experience of Banking Products Sales.
- Ability to identify potential Customers
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow
Skill Set:
- Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products, service policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
