Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and field visits.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales.
Generate project leads by collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors.
Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Achieve revenue targets, manage payment collections, and maintain sales reports.
Convert inactive partners into active ones and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Experience: 6-8 years in field sales, preferably in building materials or interiors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
License: UAE Driving License (Required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
