Key responsibilities may include:

Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing Architects and clients by regular visits, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiating pricing and contract terms with customers to close sales and achieve desired revenue targets.
Pipeline management: Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads by tracking progress through the sales funnel and ensuring timely follow-up.
Market analysis :Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting and forecasting: Regularly providing accurate sales reports and forecasts to management, including insights on customer feedback and market trends.
