We are currently hiring for Retail Assistant Professionals across our award-winning Daylife portfolio, including AURA Skypool, TAPASAKE, Bâoli, and Azure Beach.
We are looking for experienced, dynamic, and highly presentable Retail Assistant with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences in luxury lifestyle dining, beach clubs, and nightlife venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
- Assist guests with product selection and provide expert product knowledge.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising and luxury retail presentation standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Build long-term relationships with guests through exceptional service.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or selling branded merchandise within luxury hotels, resorts, beach clubs, or lifestyle hospitality venues.
- Strong sales and customer service background.
- Passion for luxury retail and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Well-groomed with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English with a passion for delivery exceptional guest experiences; additional European languages and previous international experience are an advantage.
